What is your refund/exchange policy?

Customers have 3 days to exchange any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis related accessories. Refunds are not permitted. To be eligible for an exchange, any damaged or defective cannabis products or cannabis-related accessories must be accompanied by the original receipt. All exchanges shall be at the discretion of Medleaf. A manager will request images / videos from the customer highlighting the damage and troubleshooting techniques will be reviewed. If a true manufacturing flaw has been determined, store credit  will be approved for the amount the customer paid for the product. Any exchange attempt made after 3 days from original purchase, the customer will be put in contact with the brand representative for further assistance.


All non-damaged cannabis product or cannabis-related accessories sales are final.


Incorrect items MUST be in original packaging with the product safety seal still intact. Those also must be noted within 3 days of the original purchase date.
